Engagement Process
How a typical advisory engagement runs from first contact to final handover.
Scope call
A thirty-minute conversation to understand your business, current offer materials, and what outcome you need. We tell you honestly which engagement fits — or if you are not ready yet.
Written proposal
Within three business days you receive a fixed-fee proposal naming deliverables, timeline, participants required, and payment terms. No engagement starts without your written acceptance.
Discovery
We review your proposals, quotes, website copy, and any internal rate cards. Stakeholder interviews capture how sales and delivery describe the work today — often revealing gaps between the two.
Draft and review
Package architecture and scope documents are shared in working sessions. You mark up drafts with what feels wrong; we revise until the language matches how your team actually operates.
Final delivery
Editable documents, positioning copy, and a handover session where we walk through how to use the materials in live sales situations. One revision round is included after you test with a prospect.
