Fees reflect defined deliverables, not open-ended retainer hours. Every engagement is quoted before work begins.
How we price advisory work
Dogwood Core charges fixed project fees for defined outcomes. We do not bill undocumented hours or sell monthly subscriptions. If scope expands during an engagement, we discuss it before additional work proceeds.
Package Design Engagement
From AUD 8,400
Six-week engagement including discovery, package architecture, scope documents, positioning copy, and one revision round. Final fee depends on number of packages (typically two to four) and stakeholder interviews required.
Offer Audit
AUD 2,800
Two-week review of existing offer materials with written report and debrief call. Fixed fee regardless of company size.
Pricing Structure Review
AUD 4,200
Three working sessions over three weeks with a revised pricing structure document. Suitable when packages exist but prices need realignment.
Estimate factors
Fees increase when:
- More than four distinct service packages must be documented
- Multiple business units or brands require separate offer suites
- Stakeholder interviews exceed three people
- Travel outside Tasmania is required for in-person workshops
Quote-based work
If your situation does not fit the engagements above — for example, you need advisory across multiple branches or a merger of two service lines — request a scope call. We will provide a written quote within three business days.
Payment terms
Fifty percent due on engagement start, balance on final delivery. Invoices are payable within fourteen days. GST applies to Australian clients.
What pricing does not include
Third-party costs (travel accommodation, printing, translation) are billed at cost with prior approval. We do not mark up pass-through expenses.
