Package Design Engagement

A six-week advisory engagement to define, name, and document your core service packages with clear scope, inclusions, and positioning.

Package Design Engagement

Who this is for

Owner-led businesses with two to eight staff who already deliver reliable work but struggle to explain what they sell. Typical clients include trade contractors with maintenance tiers, professional practices with advisory packages, and creative studios quoting project types rather than hourly blocks.

The result you receive

At the end of six weeks you hold a written offer suite: named packages, scope statements, inclusion and exclusion lists, a pricing basis for each tier, and short positioning copy you can paste into proposals and your website.

What is included

  • Kickoff workshop (half day, in person or video) mapping current services and client types
  • Stakeholder interviews with up to three people who sell or deliver the work
  • Draft package architecture with scope boundaries reviewed in two working sessions
  • Final offer documents in editable format (Word or Google Docs)
  • One revision round after you test the language with a live prospect

What is excluded

  • Brand design, website build, or CRM setup
  • Legal contract drafting (we define commercial scope, not legal terms)
  • Ongoing sales coaching beyond the engagement period
