Pricing Structure Review

Advisory session series to align your rate cards, package prices, and estimate assumptions with how work actually gets delivered.

Pricing Structure Review

Focus

Many firms price from habit — copying a competitor, rounding to a neat number, or anchoring on an hourly rate that no longer reflects job complexity. This review reconnects your prices to delivery effort, risk, and the value each package is meant to capture.

Sessions

Three ninety-minute working sessions spaced one week apart, with homework between each: gathering job data, reviewing margin on recent work, and testing price scenarios.

Output

A revised pricing structure document with recommended rates or ranges per package, notes on when to quote fixed vs variable, and guidance on presenting price in proposals without apologising for it.

Prerequisite

You should already have defined services, even if poorly documented. If packages do not exist yet, start with the Package Design Engagement.
