We provide business advisory services relating to service package design, offer positioning, and pricing structure. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a written proposal accepted before work commences. Advisory output is guidance for business decision-making and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.
Intellectual property
Website content, methodologies, and templates remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a signed engagement letter. Deliverables created specifically for your engagement are licensed to you for internal business use upon full payment. You may not resell or publicly distribute our proprietary templates.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant staff, and good-faith participation in working sessions. Delays caused by unavailable stakeholders may adjust project timelines.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from advisory services or website use is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for commercial republication, or use the contact form for unsolicited marketing. We may suspend access for misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
